1. Returns
• You may return an item within *7 DAYS* of receiving your order. Please contact us within this time period to process your return. 

1. a) To be eligible for a return :
• Item must be unused, and in original condition.
  • Original packaging and receipt/proof of purchase must be included.

1. b) Items Not Eligible for Return : 
* Sale or discounted items (unless faulty).
* Custom-made or pre-ordered items.
* Items damaged due to misuse or improper care.

2. Refunds
* Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via WhatsApp, SMS, or email.
* If approved, your refund will be processed via bank transfer or store credit (depending on your preference).
* Please allow 3–5 working days for the refund to be completed.
