 Terms & Conditions for Purchasing Products from the Hetras Online Shop

**1. General**  
By placing an order on the Hetras Online Shop, you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through our website and are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

**2. Order Fulfillment and Voiding of Orders**  
Once an order is placed, Hetras will make reasonable efforts to fulfill your order. However, if the order is not picked up from **Unknown Cafe** within **3 days** from the time of purchase, the order will be automatically voided. You will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation of the order.  

Please ensure that you are available to pick up your order within the specified timeframe to avoid the order being voided.

**3. Payment**  
All orders must be paid in full before the products are available for pickup. We accept [Bank Transfer, credit/debit cards, & cash].

**4. Pickup**  
Orders must be picked up at **Unknown Cafe** during normal business hours. You will receive a notification once your order is ready for pickup. Be sure to bring your order confirmation email or payment receipt when collecting your products.
